Rear driver side sag

Hey guys. I recently noticed the rear driver side of my 2002 xlt is about 2-3 inches lower than the passenger side. It is a very recent issue and i believe it happened after I hit a big @$$ pothole. I was recently told that i was going to need new struts. Could it have just given out?

Which is leaning more, front or rear? If it's the rear try and crawl under there and check out the springs. You may have broken a leaf, or possibly busted a shackle (kinda what the guy above me experienced) Do you have any pictures of the truck sitting on level ground?
