I try to pass these along.

I just ordered 2 rotors and pads for the rear of the wife's 2000 Expedition.
Saved 30% with coupon TRT30

Pay online and pick up at the store.

Yep, her truck has 150K now, guess it's time for some pads LOL.

Going to Costco to get new Michelins too.

Yeah, rear disc pads last a long time. We don't drive it hard, it's like a new truck really. My FIL bought it new, ordered it with 4 captains chairs. I have never seen another like that. I have done all the work that was ever done and that has been mostly regular maintenance.

I did have a friend who runs a shop put a new intake on it a few months ago, it cracked (plastic) and set a lean code.

It's an Eddie Bauer 4WD. FIL gave it to us a few years ago, just handed us the keys and title after he bought a new one. It was a blessing too because my daughter totaled our 2005 Expedition about a year later.

I just replaced the front pads at 125K. First Michelins (second set of tires) went over 100K. Original tires were Uniroyal I think, they went 40K. I ONLY buy Michelin tires (except off-road type tires), they cost more but last over twice as long as most SUV tires.

I didn't even notice that you said that they were for the rear....lol.

That makes more sense.

Clutch master cyl, $40.99 for $28.69. Not bad and it shows to have the steel rod. If my buddy @ Advance can't beat that I'll sure use it.

There are always tons of different codes/discounts available, just Google it, or go right to retailmenot.com.

The only discount I usually want is free shipping from rock auto, but they're generally not out there. Shame, shipping can sometimes equal the price of the parts.

I do like advanced' stuff, there just aren't any on the west coast so it always has to be shipped, and rockauto usually beats them (except for when shipping gets obnoxious)

Tried it tonight when I ordered front shocks for my truck, no dice. They did have a nice 20% off code for orders over $100 and free shipping however, which made it cheaper than Rock Auto. RA still got my order for rear shocks and radius arm bushings though.
