Anyone used Dennis C. door seals recently?
Someone mentioned they were an improvement over what most supply.
I've got a set from LMC that are about a year old that I hate to use.

I put some on 3 months ago on a 49f1. I was unable to compare them with the originals, as they were smashed and rotted. Their fit was good, but the doors need to be closed pretty heavily now to fully engage the latch.
I used LMC seals on my F-1.....installed 2012, the doors are still hard to shut. Have the strikers out to their limit. Thought they would form to the opening by now, but no.
I used DC seals on my COE, they seem more flexible. Doors shut quite a bit easier.
I just went out and checked my invoices. I rebuilt both doors on my '49 with door hardware and seals from Dennis Carpenter in the spring of 2014. I could not be more pleased with the seals. The doors were gone through completely, fit with new hinge pins and door jam latches. The doors close with a slight push, as good or better than they closed when new. Windshield and rear glass seals fit well also.
