Nope, it takes muscle and finesse.
Have a buddy help and one of you get in the engine bay while the other one hangs over the fender.

They have to be E7TE or F3TE heads to fit an EFI I hope you realize.
Carb heads don't fit.

yeah I know, Im doing a lot to the truck so I didn't have the money for aftermarket heads, so I just went with OEM replacements.....my old heads where so bad I couldn't even get a machine shop to work on them

yeah iv sank a good amount into it so far, iv got new heads, headers, radiator, trans oil cooler, and I need to look into what exhaust system to get. I want to go with true duels but idk about the cost for that. I also have to figure out why the transmission is shifting hard from 1st to 2nd? I already did a trans flush with new filter and there was no metal or anything in the old fluid or magnet so im guessing it might be the TPS or somthing

I would ask the guys in the 87-96 part of the forum.

I am assuming you have the E4OD does it do it when OD is on only or both?

I am not sure. I would ask the guys over their like I said. I am not the most familiar with E4ODs (even though I have 3).
