New Truck

Long time reader...first time poster. I wanted to say I just traded my 2013 Chevy Silverado for a 2014 EcoBoost Ext Cab. I have always been a Chevy guy but I drove the Eco last week and I was very impressed. So impressed that I bought it. The new truck is quieter and more comfortable to drive. A little disappointed at the lack of storage in the armrest compared to the Chevy. Other than that, this truck seems better in every way. I have a 29' TT and I think this thing will pull the trailer better than the Chevy. We will see when and if the weather ever breaks around here. Anyhow, Im happy to be here and a part of all of you guys great site.

I'm not sure how to post pics. Do I put them in my gallery then link them?

You have to link pictures from a site like photo bucket.

Pics can be uploaded directly, but it might be limited for brand new users. There is a yellow image button in the reply window, try it & see what happens. I can drag & drop or browse from my pc, tablet, or phone.

Congrats on the ride! Some of my work trucks are Chevy, and I know what you mean about the storage, but for what I store in mine, it's not even a issue.

Thanks for joining the discussions and congratulations on the new truck! The EcoBoost does a nice job towing, I think you will like it.

BigdaddyII looks like your street floods like mine. Yet another reason to own a truck.

Welcome! Glad you like your new truck, and yes you have to have some minimum number of posts before you can post pics. After that they can be uploaded from your computer by using the picture icon when you are replying.

We get rain like that in our summer thunderstorms. The trucks look good wet, don't they?
Congrats on your purchase.

All the leaves and crap from the trees plug up the drains and the street flood like that. Came into the house once. They only ever clean them out after a flood like that.

My truck always looks good wet because it hides all the dust that accumulates on it at work lol. I'm in south Louisiana.
