Very awesome. Great job working out the hitch/axle height so it rides level. I've seen a few with the trailer back end way UP in the air with the hitch end DOWN low.
So I had some time on my day off today, I was working on the trailer getting some parts installed.
Here's me putting on the coupler, torquing it down the spec.
Old-school way of setting the bead on tires
While I was mounting the tires I lowered the Jack a little bit so I didn't have to lift the tire up… This is the result of the trailer slipping off the jacket and the jackstand
My hand got caught between the tire and the top edge of the fender well approximately 1100 pounds came down on top of my hand. Not too bad only one broken bone
That looks painful in that area. Hope you regain full use of your hand soon because having one down really really really stinks. So many things you don't realize are 2 handed operations until you can't use both.
Most depressing thread ever, now "I" have to wait to see this project finished. Just kidding get well soon. I can't wait to see your finished project this is awesome! Lack of excursion build eXs have me a little disappointed in the eX community.
