New life into beaten King Ranch leather

I have a 2003 F-150 king Ranch and I'm trying to sell it. The leather has been beaten pretty badly and I was wondering if anyone had any ways of refreshing it.

If its cracked its past the point of no return. If its worn there's all kinds of different options but you start with a neutral PH cleaner and then a rub in conditioner.

I rejuvenated mine with a product called Leather CPR. Good stuff to make the leather look and feel better.
If it is dirty, you can do the "spa treatment" (google "king ranch leather spa treatment") to clean it up first.
