I want to know if its possible to change from an OBS grill style

to a Bullnose grill style

i know it will take a lot, fenders, hood, grill, bumper, etc. but i want to know if it can be done. I like all the style of grills but a bullnose has to be my favorite. and instead of getting a new truck and it not being a PSD, just swap the style.

Don't forget the core support. It can be done, but be aware the fender lip on the bullnose is different so the ones on your bed won't match.

Yes, there is a write up in the Bullnose How-to section, You need to change the bed too so the wheel well shape matches. The bumper mounts are different too.

WAY more than just a grill. You need to change the WHOLE nose

Once you change the front clip, you'll have to change the bed sides too in order to have matching wheel well openings.

Now you need an 80-86 bed or bed sides.

The bed is perfect other than the sides, plus I kinda like the later tailgates and contours around the taillights, so I'm replacing the sides eventually. Swapped clips due to a rotten core support, happened to have an '80 that's undergoing ground up restoration to steal old, but decent parts from, thought "why not?"
