My friend and I are getting parts together to do a PI head and intake swap on his 97 F160 with a 4.6. We have found some heads from a 99 Expedition with a 5.4 For 100 bucks. My question is, besides the intake from a truck 4.6 PI what parts are we going to need? I usually work on the old pushrod engines so I don't have much time inside these and don't know exactly what will be needed. What all gaskets and other parts will we need to do this swap?
