P0174 issues

So im in search of some assistance. My 06 f250 has had bank 2 catalyst code ( p0430)and lean bank 2 code (p0174) only when i am trying to hard accelerate. It pops and jerks a little then takes off. So i hooked my scanner to it and found that the cat on bank 2 was bad watching pre and post cat o2 sensor readings. So i replaced the y pipe cat assembly And both downstream o2 sensors. I still get po174 on hard acceleration. If im light on it, it acts perfectly fine. Plugs were done a year ago along with one ignition coil.

Sounds like the typical cause of this DTC----vacuum leak most likely somewhere along the PCV valve plumbing.

Check at the base of the throttle body for the insulation-covered 90 degree elbow---they crack all too often. They're readily available from most any auto parts sellers, check with your local Advance Auto etc etc.

The only issue is that i have the 5.4 3 valve sohc motor so there is a hard line going from drivers side valve cover to intake with a quick disconnect. The pcv its self is an integral part of the drivers side valve cover. In other words its only serviceable by removing the valve cover.

Okay that may be---I'm not familiar with the 3V motors.

But can the connections or plumbing itself be inspected or tested to assure its not the issue?
