X2. I like the clean, smooth look.

Was your truck originally a Pace truck? The red accents in the interior prompted the question.

its a 1 ton frame with 3/4 high boy cab, 460 bored 30 over, C6 with shift kit, ambulance rear end heavy duty with 14 leaf springs on each side, fenders from the 80s. the interior is from a pace truck at least the side panels dash bezel and bench seat.
it is getting a fresh paint job right now and i just ordered custom seats from dicks auto parts the c-200 20/40 and chrome ididit steering column new carpet, headliner, seat-belts, steering wheel, new rubber seals for windows etc...

Skeeter1971: Can you tell me what you know about the dually bed? You said the fenders are from the 80's. Do you know from what make/model of truck? Did you fabricate the dually bed or was it done before you got it. I am interested in making a dually bed for my F600.

fenders

thanks
ya the bed is a regular long bed with the fenders shaved. the flairs are fiberglass flairs from a 1983 ford dually. They were riveted on the bed. The truck has been in the family since 1979. my uncle and dad placed the bed and fenders on it 20 years ago. I presently have the truck in the shop getting a paint and any rust issues taken care of. A bracket is being fabricated to mount the fiberglass fenders on the truck bed better oh and a completely new interior.
thanks for the question

I hear yah... You would be trying to trace down the buyer years later. Like other Craigslist ads I've seen

Thanks, would it be too much trouble to ask you to take some pics of the new bracket fabrication and grafting of the dually fenders to the bed? I may be doing something very similar for the bed on my F600 crew cab build. Maybe start a build thread so we can all enjoy following this awesome project.
