TCS/hill decent not working

So I've gotten stuck in the snow 2 times in the last week. When push the button to disable the traction control nothing works. Nothing lights up letting me know it was even pressed. Same thing with the hill descent button.

If i drop it into 4lo it lights up on dash it has all been disabled. Which leaves me to believe it is in the buttons or a relay/fuse.

Anyone got any suggestions on what to check ?

I have a 2011 f250 lariet

Press & hold the button for 10 seconds or more.

I have. I've held it for 20 seconds. It does nothing. The hill descent button does nothing that is right beside it. I've tried it in 4 wheel drive. In park. In gear. In neutral. Neither button works.

Anyone ? Is there a relay or a fuse? I've looked in my book and online can't find a thing?
