Fuel problem, chugging?

My 95 7.3L decides to start chugging at 65mph and doesn't go past 65mph and if I try, it starts shaking really bad, any ideas?

You should try what was mentions in your other thread first. If the ebpv is closing when it shouldn't it will bog the truck down.
