Would that cause the map code and the loss of boost with the VGT staying around 50% all the time since the codes came up.

Unplug your EBP sensor and drive it, the PCM will use a default setting to determine boost and if that's your problem it should make normal boost.
Does the truck still have the converter on it? It is possible that the converter is plugged up or melted down, I seen two trucks last week that how converter issues and didn't make boost.

The other one melted down and broke apart then plugged the muffler up.

No cat or muffler. Mines a 06 and i was under the impression it uses the EBP sensor unlike the 03-04 trucks.

OK, then that's not it. you could also have wiring problems, I've seen a couple recently with no boost, PID's looked good and they had wiring problems. One had a wire that melted across the EGR connector, some of the EGR wires are tied to the EBP sensor. The other truck had wire damage from mice chewing the insulation off some wires.

All those numbers are in range. Let's see how your ride home goes. But I think you got it.
