Either, but headers would be preferred. I have manifolds still, and probably will until I get around to my 5.8 build. I tried to put headers on my last truck and broke 2 bolts. Then one pair of BBK headers didn't fit, and another pair of Hedman headers had defects in the welds. I'm of the opinion that if its an original engine with quite a few miles on it, just leave the manifolds in place. If its rebuilt and is a fresh install, then go with headers.

My O2 was not in cat, you need to search on Ebay for a similar cat with O2 bung, they have them.
I also did not reuse the AIR tube as I deleted the AIR system. Magnaflow product are great.

Talking

It makes sense, and we want the consumer to be happy. We all know that exhaust tone is subjective. Find the sound you want.
I know I don't want to be stuck with something I wouldn't want.

I have a set of 18" long 2.5" race bullets on my 1995 f150 with a 5.8 with no cats and it's perfect! I wish I could put some long tubes on by that will come

Might have to try this out... didn't read the warranty yet so it may answer my question when I do but is there a number of how many times I can do this?

I have Dynomax Ultra Flo welded on my Mustang and love them. I also have one on the F150, but its pretty mild with the stock cats. That'll change a bit, when I upgrade to a single high flow cat.

We want you to be happy. So if it takes a while, we are pretty accommodating. When it happens, it usually just once it seems from what I hear.
