VIN question
The 48 COE I hauled home has the ID plate on the glovebox door but also has one on the passenger side firewall. Did all trucks of this vintage have that? I always thought the one in the glovebox was the only one. Both plates have the VIN that matches the title.

Yep, they had both out of the factory.

In case you were curious, it's a Data plate on the firewall and a Rating plate on the glovebox door.
Standard equipment.
