truck won't start
I have a 03 four wheel drive. I was going down the road about 35 or 40 mph. The truck kinda sputtered for a few seconds and won't start now. I changed the fuel filter. The ipc is reading 0 with the key on and up to 158 while trying to start it. Could it be the ipc? I unplugged it and it iz full of oil.

Dash lights functioning normally? What are you using to read ICP? Can it pull codes? Can it watch IPR % while cranking?

No codes at all? Trying to crank with the ICP unplugged should have at least tripped a P1280.

Just a steady 32.42 the whole time? Can you hear the fuel pump come on with the key?

Your PCM isn't telling your engine to try and start. Can you monitor RPM while cranking with the scanner? Check your fuses. Check for worn wires that may be shorted to ground below and behind the 42 pin connector. Check the wiring at the ICP sensor and IPR to make sure the wiring isn't chaffed. And the WTS light and all other dash lights go on and off like they're supposed to in the proper amount of time?

Plenty of good stuff to look at so far! I'll toss out a couple more.
The fuel pump is located on the frame rail under the drivers door, you should hear it run for 20 seconds or so when you first key it over.
Does your tach show RPMs when you try to start?

No the tach does not move when trying to start.
