I would like to see a 49 state truck make 300hp to the tires with stock injectors like my Cali truck does
That's cause the split shot injectors are a bit less anemic than the stock injectors for the OBS.
Has nothing to do with it being a "cali" truck, and everything to do with higher CC injectors out of the box.
Nobody noticed that it's missing a tail pipe? I can see what looks to be a turn down just after cat, but it ends there. I also noticed the add-a-leaf, along with the missing clamp on the front axle shaft slip joint, meaning the front end has likely been apart too. It also has adjustable upper ball joint slugs installed.
I can tell you though, it needs leaf spring eye bushings... Those are some the worst I've seen. The bolt is nearly touching the leaf spring in the middle of the eye.

Has nothing to do with it? Cali injectors are 30% larger aka 120cc of fuel VS 90cc of fuel. I like I said, I would like to see a 49 state truck make 300HP to the tires with the stock injectors

Brad you should read talyns post better. He clearly state larger cc injectors has to do with it. Nobody doubts you've dynoed 300. I've seen 340 on 140cc splits.

I did read it
The california truck had the larger injectors, that is why they are capable of making more power. Split shot or not
And the larger injectors ONLY came on California emission truck, so YES it has EVERYTHING to do with being a cali truck
Nothing "rare" about a well-detailed truck. Heck, if trucks like this were so "rare", then forums like this one wouldn't exist (or should I say, the NUMEROUS forums like this). I always get a little giggle when I see terms like that in order to make it more appealing, or like how the ad says "family owned". Really?? 99.9% of the vehicles on the road are family owned. Its a pretty truck, but I'd rather see what it looked like prior to the detailing, painting, and bed liner. Not ever worth $23K for a reg cab.
