heating issues in back of 2010 E450 box van

Water won't flow through lines for the heat to reach the back of the van. Have checked everything that could be blocking the water flow. Any suggestions?

Haven't exactly checked everything then have we?

Not sure what you checked but taking temp of the coolant lines leading to whatever coil they feed would be the first step---once the engine t'stat has opened.

If one is warm and the other is not your coil is plugged.
