Well, a very nice gentleman from Virginia came down today and bought my truck. He was very happy and satisfied with it. I am a little sad, but know I did the best thing. I hope this build thread helped somebody or was an inspiration for completing a project.
Congrats on the sell! That was a gorgeous truck but your health and well being is far more important! At least you still have an OBS in the family still
Yeah, I gotta find a home for the parts truck. Wife says it needs to go. $600 for a running 4x4 with no rust anyone?
I priced Brutus to the T for what I thought it was worth. Turns out I was right. I also had another buyer that was waiting with cash in the wings. Both my last trucks sold in 1 day.

Wish it wasn't such a long haul to your place. I don't think it'll fit in the van.
That was a fine truck, sorry to see it go. I had to part with my Ranchero in the past so I know the feeling.
If you want it Steve, we can get it trailered to ya.
I'd trailer it myself except we sold my uncles Super Crew and I'm not about to try that trip with my RCSB 4.9L M5OD that I've only driven locally. Transportation costs would be a deal killer I think. Even in the SCrew fuel would probably have run $125-$150. I wouldn't expect anyone to haul it for that. It cost $100 for me to go to Gilbert SC after my current truck. Yours is a better fixer-uper though.
