Yeah the pulleys changed around 92 or 93 I believe so yours would be a different configuration. No problem

Another FordBoy Question: Vac Lines
1. The pipe runs from the from the lower intake manifold to the egr valve on a 5.0. What I did here was cut the fittings off of the pipe at both ends. Then I placed a penny underneath the fitting at the lower intake manifold and screwed on the one from the pipe. Here's a pic of my lower intake manifold you can see the fittings on the left side in between the middle two fuel injectors
Then I put a block off plate underneath the egr valve that I made out of a piece of soda can. Sounds jerry rigged but it works well. Then I left the egr valve in place and hooked up as usual to keep the CEL off
2. I recommend replacing all of your small vacuum lines with the 5/32" rubber vac hose, including the one that runs from the intake to the map sensor and the one that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. I'll take some pics for you today to show you
3. Exhaust is purely just how you want it to sound. These conversations can get pretty controversial. But I recommend a good set of long tube headers and after that its just how you want it run. Personally I ran true duals exiting straight out the back with tips

FordBoy - After diagramming the vac system, I see that the yellow & pink lines go to the bottoms of the TAB/TAD solenoids. You mentioned that you kept these connected to avoid a CEL. I think the yellow line goes to the crossover bar (that is now removed) and I'm not yet sure about the pink line. Where do the bottom vac lines from TAB/TAD go?
BTW - I purchased the 5/32 vac line you recommended at O'Reilly's for .49/ft. Good tip - thanks. vince

Here's a link to the exact thread I used when I did my vacuum lines. http://www.fullsizebronco.com/forum/...=1424050463822 I've been running the rubber vacuum hose for a while now with no issues. Hope that helps
