I replaced the egr valve and the mafs and the codes went away for now. I only ran the truck for half hour or so.
The truck is building zero boost psi unless I rev it up over 3g it will go up to 2-5 psi. Driving it down the road it doesn't build any boost and no power.
I can't tell color of smoke cuz been so cold out just white steam

Did you inspect all hoses at intercooler and turbo outlet?

No waste-gate on a 6.0.
Could be electrical, a broken VGT connector can cause weird issues, so can MAP, BARO, or EBP sensors. Unless you have some live-data diagnostic capability we're going to be doing a lot of guessing. I suggest investing in a monitor if you don't have one:

My 2006 did they same thing a couple months ago. I pulled the turbo and pulled it apart, cleaned it all up after inspecting it and put it back together. Still nothing. Pulled the back pressure sensor and cleaned the tube out on the driver side exhaust manifold. Still no boost. Looked around and there's a vacume line on the passenger side of the intake manifold that goes toward the HVAC box that had a small "crack", replaced the vacume line and it works perfect.

Try this
If you are handy at all you can clean the turbo yourself. I took mine off, disassembled it and had it back together in about 2 hours. The vanes like to stick do to the sut and exhaust temps. All you need is a green scotch bright pad, a wire brush and a can or two of carb cleaner &lots of elbow grease. It's not as complicated as one might think. Just mark across the outside of both halves and the clamp for a reference when you put it together. I took pictures with my phone during various stages of the tear down to speed up the reassembly and it works like new. You will have to make sure there's no oblonged holes or slots on the unison ring but other than that, it's easy Peasy. Let us know how it turns out. Look that vacuumed line over real close before you tear into the turbo, if you catch it in time you may not have to clean it. Good luck
