Question about injectors

Hello Everyone, I have been lurking in the background soaking up all I could on a number of subjects. I recently picked up a 88 F150 with 4spd and 5.0, My question, I removed the injectors for cleaning and in the process of removing the pintal cap, I broke the needle, so I ordered a replacement from rock auto, only what they sent me was an injector with 4 holes in the bottom, Will this effect how the truck will run? I understand this injector would be an upgrade style. Not really versed on injectors as I am an old school carb guy. Any advice would be appreciated.

As long as the injector is the same body color(yellow) that means it flows the same rate(19lb/hr) and will function the same.
