Building an oven is not difficult or expensive and you can then build one the size you need for the parts you want to pc. You need room to hang or otherwise support the pieces without them touching each other, the oven walls or floor, i.e. you can't pc an average set of headers in a kitchen oven.
I purchased my oven from the used appliance dealer near me for $25.00. I took the feet off and installed casters and purchased 50ft of 8/4 cable to allow me to roll the oven outside.
You could probably pickup a used electric oven at your local Habitat for humanity Restore. Thats where I pick mine up. ~50.$ IIRC. I'm sure the Prescott area would have a Restore. I put my little blast cabinet right on top of the oven to save room.
