tire problem

hello I just a 2008 f 150 xlt pick up with 305 70 r18 Thompson baja atz tires on the truck. I am looking to get rid of the spacers and put the biggest tire possible under my trunk. But my truck has stock chrome rims. But also has a lift on it. Trade or swap or sell my tires so I can buy the right tires for my truck.does anybody know what the biggest tire I can put it under the truck also?

I have 315/70/17 - 34.5" tall under my leveled truck; but how high is the lift on yours; that'd dictate

Stock FISO's from that era I think top out around 285/65-70/18. 305 is very wide for stock wheels, lots of bulge. If the tires are in good shape have you considered different wheels?
