1995 4x4 Bronco/F150 Wheel Bearings & Seals and Mile Markers

Axle is Dana 44 TTB, found on 1995 4x4 Bronco's and 4x4 F150's.

So here is the deal, about 4 years ago, I rebuilt my 3-screw Automatic Hubs with parts I sourced from a wrecking yard in South Carolina. I bought both hubs, one showed up unusable broken worse than the other I was rebuilding, the other was usable so since only one of mine had failed I rebuilt it. Now it has failed again, so I am putting in Mile Marker Premium manual hubs.

When I took the driver's side hub apart not only did I find the three locking nubs broken off, but I also found that one of the thin thrust washers had grenaded sending shards into the outer front wheel bearing area which thankfully looks like it was retained by the grease.

Here are my questions:

I know I want to replace the inner wheel bearings and inner wheel bearing seals. The inner wheel bearings are Timken part number LM 603049
After watching rudedogii's excellent youtube video, I see that he had trouble being sold the proper inner wheel bearing seals.

Absolutely great videos:

I have never met him or spoken with him, but rudedogii is a member here, so if you like his videos let's encourage him by sending him FTE reps!

Where can I buy these online for a good price and with some assurance that they will be the right parts?

1. Inner Wheel Bearing: Timken part number LM 6030493.
2. Inner Wheel Bearing Seal: Part number ?
3. Outer Wheel Bearing: Timken part number LM 501349
4. Outer Wheel Bearing Seal: There wasn't one on the OEM Automatic Hubs (because the big hex nut seemed to function as one?) Should there be one for the Mile Markers? There are just two spindle nuts (one with a locking tit), a lock ring with holes for the tit, and another spindle nut.

Do races come with the bearings?

What is the wheel bearing grease you guys recommend? I bought some of the pink sticky high temp grease, but I don't offroad, it is a daily driver also used in snow. So is the regular dark gray high temp grease better or not for my application?

Yes, the bearings come with the races, SET 37 and SET 45 Timkens if memory serves, there is also a small pilot bearing which is actually the one that usually goes out first. Check the front end rebuild link in my sig for info on almost all of the modifications and repairs you're planning.
