Since most of the sheet metal is getting replaced once I get started in it I said to myself why not, black looks better then fadded brown and it's getting replaced later on anyway

That plasti dip stuff is a good idea if you going to be replacing parts with the ones that just come primered so you can keep the primer clean until you paint stuff also works great on interior parts since it stays flexible
