I see a "42" carved in the back sill, so that could be a clue. And, it looks a lot like a Chevrolet from that angle.

As long as the tap isn't in reach of the driver, they may not run afoul of open container.

I would worry more about the beer getting shaken up during the trip down the road.

At least the taillights are Ford (from 67-72).
