Codes:
111 - All systems OK
211 - PIP signal
334 - Electronic vacuum regulator
225 - Knock sensor
311 - Pulse air/thermactar air system faulty

These may or not be the wrong codes, just pulled them off this page:
EEC-IV Diagnostic Trouble Codes - Diagnose problems in your Ford

I'd go after PIP first.

Not sure if '95's have it for sure but here is where they are otherwise:

Rear passenger side of engine, behind intake manifold, bolted into cylinder block.

They can also be mounted right in the middle of the drivers side of the lower manifold, but I believe that's for older 302's.

To add a little more info....if you did not snap the throttle hard enough you can get Code 225. Even if you are under 6,000 ft. elevation.

Cut from my Ford Manual:
DTC 225 indicates the Knock Sensor (KS) signal to the PCM was not sensed during the Dynamic Response Test in the Key On Engine Running Self-Test.

At altitudes of 6,000 ft and higher, the test may fail. If that happens, repeat the Goose Test several times. If DTC does not clear, proceed with this Pinpoint Test.

The engine will run fine without the Knock Sensor connected.

Code 211 indicates the PIP signal is erratic, that can definitely cause driveability issues.

What was the fuel pressure when trying to accelerate? 32 PSI KOER at idle is fine, but it should go to 40-45 when the engine is under load/low vacuum conditions.

That is exactly why you are getting Code 311. If you have factory converters then you could potentially shorten their life. The Thermactor injection system feeds air to the converter at cold start up to speed up the warm up time. If you keep your truck tuned up, I do not think there is a problem.

Hence the reason for Code 211 as I pointed out before. Glad you got it resolved.

Just curious as to what you did to fix the distributor problem. Replaced the entire distributor or just the faulty bearings?

I've bought 2 rebuilt distributors. Neither had any issues.

OP: Glad you got it fixed.
