Looking at a 89 F250.. anything I need to know?
I'm back in the truck market after a dismal experience with a thrashed F-350 sold to me as a good runner last year.
I have my eye on a 89 F250 with a diesel engine. Truck is said to be a good runner with no transmission issues. Needs a power steering pump, and the interior is a little raggy (farm truck).
Are there any known problems I should know about with the 89 era diesel engines (I think its an IDI right?).
