Orlando Florida Shop

Does anyone know of a great shop in the Orlando or Central Florida area that they would recommend that has experience on the Ford f250 6.0 ?

My coolant is slimy brown..ughh..Already had done egr delete three years back so I'm suspecting head gasket. Any way of confirming its head gasket?

I also read about some exhaust gasket that allowed leaking into coolant etc.

I love my truck but this has me wondering if I should keep it after repairing..

If you felt like driving west, I have a really good shop in town. But, I'm about an hour west of Ocala.

It could be the oil cooler. Did it get a new one when the EGR cooler was replaced? Do you monitor oil and coolant temps?

No I didnt .. I spoke to Myron at

Mobile Oval which is just down the street from me and he seemed very knowledgeable and I have decided to bullet proof the engine. Gonna go with the headbolts , oil cooler , sinister oil cooler filter .
Anything else I should consider ?

The transmission was replaced by Ford a year and half ago and has 100,000k warranty.

She has 112,160 miles on her now so I'm hoping investing in it will make her truly reliable . I considered selling her but guess gonna keep her after talking to Myron.

Myron @ Mobile Oval is a former Diesel Tech from a Ford Dealership. He installed my BulletProof Diesel setup and has done some work on my wife's explorer (wheel bearings) as well.

He's a really nice guy and his wife works the office, I would NOT recommend taking a PSD to Don Reid in Maitland, instead try the Rush Truck Center if you want to use a Ford Dealer.
