Just got my samples last week. (I was out of town and just got home last night). Thanks for the samples! I am looking forward to giving them a try, as soon as I can find the time to change my overdue fuel filters. Holding off driving the beast until I get get them done.

The two bottles of sea foam in the oil just before a oil change ,,,,, how many miles do u leave it in there before changing the oil ...... I want to try that , sounds like a good idea.

Thanks

I put in my sample last night. I'll give it some time to work. I plan at the halfway point to do a db reading. Then again at end of tank.

I know this won't be popular on this thread but I have been using the EDT for a little over half a tank and it seems quieter on start-up and even quieter at operating temp (190 ECT/ 195 EOT). I had been using bio while the price was $2.14 but now it's back up to $4.21. Ran a tank of straight diesel and definitely could tell the difference. I need to download an app to get the decibel reading cold and after up to temp on this tank, one more straight tank and then then with the Stabil sample that I received. Any suggestion on a decent decibel app?

By the way, what amount are you folks putting in your tanks?

I really can't see putting in the whole bottle each fill, can you?

The bottle says "treats up to 150 gallons". My Ex has a 44 gallon tank - so I figured 150/44 = 3.4 and I don't run until it is empty, so I put 25% of the bottle in each fill-up (5 oz). But I'm an engineer and therefore use math probably more than I should.
