Only a couple snow falls this year. They both dumped a bunch of snow but then we ended up getting more rain after each snowfall. I like the idea of having a truck for just that purpose.

Not at all right now. Had someone confused about which school to call for an issue. Goes to a neighboring university, made a wrong turn and got stuck in some snow. Called us only for us to find out she is on the property in between us and the school she goes to. That property is owned by a different university all together so she has to call them since we dont have jurisdiction there.

I guess if that's the worst you have to deal with today that will be alright.

Thats what I am thinking. Hopefully we wont get any more calls about snow tonight. Students keep calling wanting us to come help them out of their parking spots.

I tell them I canlet the grounds department know and they might be able to come past them and spread some salt behind their vehicle. Otherwise there isnt much we can do. Then we get asked if we have a snow shovel. No we do not have one.

Sometimes people are not very well prepared. I am probably one of them although everything I have is 4wd.

I have 4wd on the truck, 2 recovery straps, a winch, and a folding camp shovel in the drivers side door. I think I can handle most things that might pop up.

Sounds like you are good to go then. I have two snowmobiles on the back of my truck. That must count for something.

And I have 280 lbs of sand in the bed of the truck right now. No to mention the ****** blocks, and the like in my winch accessory kit.
