You might check the manifold bolts.. Use to have 7.3l diesel and they were all loose, getting exhaust leaks..

With all your miles on your 6.2l.. what is your mpg on the average? (empty and towing ) I am getting around 12.9 empty, but it has only less 2000 miles on the clock.. hope for better down the road..

I got 173K on mine and getting 12.7 around town, got a lot of hills here in southwestern PA

I average about 12 mpg combined.
