Actually yes there is a complete reseal kit for the hydroboost. I have had the same problem you are having. The kit costs about 35 dollars and there are comprehensive guides to resealing it. Save yourself the money and reseal.

Changed the booster out this weekend. With the right line wrenches and the relief when I dicovered I didn't have to take out the master cylinder id say the job went pretty well. The leak was on the outside as well as the inside of the fire wall so I lost a PS pump reservoir of fluid from the time of discovery to the replacement. Went with a rebuild so the cost was only $150 instead of $479 for the new part from the dealership. Labor from a local diesel shop was $170 with the new part but they would have want more to install the rebuilt.
The happy ending is that the job is done and I'm using the saving to put in a Kenwood 7" DVD player that uses the Maestro system to read engine codes and monitor the systems through the computer. No A pillar guages and I get to see everything in color. Thanks for everyone's help.
