I was dreading going outside this morning when I left for work mainly because of it being so stupid cold. I was just outside and at least it is in the teens.

I haven't looked at the thermometer of late - when I first got up it was 2 above...I know it warmed to 8 at one point.

Pat is home again dealing with a plumbing issue. Sounds like a clogged or collapsed drain line.

He had them snaked out yesterday but was backed up again last night. Has another guy coming over with one of those camera snakes to see what is going on.
