Thats why we had a landscape company that did the roads and the sidewalk. We had to deal with the sections. For 8 feet of snow you would just work at it as long as it takes to clear it. And any funerals would be put on hold until the cemetery could take them in for burial. So the funeral homes would get backed up for awhile in the cooler.

Yeah they would if it was bad enough Rick. Typically they try not to. And another secret most funeral homes try to empty out the coolers as much as possible before a major holiday. Only time we had to reschedule a funeral here was several years ago. That ended up being a free one for the family. Ma Nature played a big hand in that one. Funeral home had to eat the cost of that whole funeral because of what happened.

 

Wouldn't be an easy job at times.

 

It isn't Rick. I know from experience. Did that for about 5 years before starting at the university.
