I like the custom metal work, it looks a lot more exotic than just a plain cab and utility type body.

So the firetruck only goes 25 MPH max? Wont be much left of the house by the time that truck gets there!

That is the standard speedometer for '48-'50 trucks equipped with the 4-speed transmission. Those are the shift points.

And it probably has the 4 speed crash box. So there's the whole top end to add, taking up to maybe 45 mph?

Yes, the house would burn, but then a cool truck would finally show up.

Well at least the pumper wouldn't be inop because it's going through regen.
