1998 E350 w/ the 6.8 V10 automatic t

Just purchased a 1999 RV by Coachmen "Starflyte" on 1998 E350 6.8 V10 automatic. It came with no history at all of manuals, drove this RV from Webster NY to South Florida around 1600 miles trip, it ran really good. My question, it has 63.117 miles, I look at the undercarriage by the tranny and it looks original and very dry and clean, how can I tell it the tranny fluid was previously changed? Thanks for any help on this matter.
