Nice 53 F-600 on ebay from MD

There is a real nice 1953 F-600 on ebay right now in Maryland. Here is the link:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/171654250157?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
It is at $3800 with 4 days left with no reserve. It has 24,000 miles. All it needs is a bed of your choice. It has the V-8 Flathead.

What do you think?

It is close enough to me, isn't it. It is in great shape. Did you see the F-600 hood emblems? They look new, don't they?

Well, it sounds like you are your own enabler. So I'll just agree you should go get it.

Thanks, guys, for your enabling help. But I live in town, have a one car (or truck) garage. As it is now my 70 F350 sits on the street. A nice truck like the '53 needs to have a garage to park in.

Now wait a minute... buy it put teh bed and hoist from my 70 onto the 53, sell the 70, and I will have a new pretty work truck! But it would still be outside...

Well build a garage, Duh!
We look forward to seeing your new truck and garage. Selling the 70 should cover most of the costs.

the side of my garage is 3 feet from an alley. The back of the garage is 1 foot from the property line. Obviously built before that had regs about that.
