302 into a 1964 f100

I have a 1964 f100, and I have a 302 out of a 91 or 92 f150. How easy is it to do this swap? Ive got a 3 speed trans for the 302 and mounts for it.

What trans you gonna use? Is it an auto or manual?
Do you want to do a carb or EFI?

3 speed manual trans, and the motor is carbureted

Yeah pull the motor out of the '91, strip all the EFI parts off and install the carb stuff, bolt it in.
