Dealer is replacing the "strut" on passenger front..Car has 29K. Service Manager called to say one was ordered...to be in and installed today. Will report further if anything else pops up. My wife loves the car. She went from a 5.9 R/T Durango to the Escape..It is the Ginger Ale metallic..2.0..AWD...Moonroof, etc.."If she's happy..I'm happy " !!!!!

Picked up the car yesterday. Dealer said they replaced the strut "supports"...and while it was apart..found a leak in the washer bottle..replaced it too..
Goes back in the AM. I offered a test drive to the servcice manager. He said he didn't need to hear it..They would just find and fix !!..I will advise..

Car was dropped at the dealer at Noon on Wednesday..So far..haven't heard from them..Not a word. Must be something more than"greasing"..??? Will advise the final outcome..jv..
