However it will still be there so it's worth mentioning IMO

so then. ..

Will it bolt up directly? Or does it require some type of mod for the connection?

I don't mind a small gap....might be good to let a little extra air through and I can always do the headlight mod at a later date.

Thanks

Here's a thread with a picture to clear things up.

On edit, this isn't the picture I was looking for. I used to have one where they mounted up what you're talking about but I can't find it.

Thanks

You will need to cut the front end off and weld it directly to the rear bumper. You will run 1/4 Schedule 42 (make sure it's 42, 40 won't work) PVC from the rear bumper to the front and weld it all together.

Are you not ****ing reading the answers we're giving? WTF guy, this has been answered like 50 ****ing times now! Had you searched in the first place you would have found the answer. All I can say is READ THE DAMN THREAD YOU MADE!!!!!

Ssolid - Yes, it will bolt on albeit with a gap. Like you said you don't mind so go for it.

Apoc, there has been some variation in answers so cut the guy some slack for double checking. He would be dropping $700 afterall. Do you know how many times people had to repeat for you to keep your current Ex before you finally came around?

I know I know. I just saw that and it seemed like every time someone said something wrong someone was there to correct the mistake and put the correct info out there. There is no real conflicting information here if you read through the thread from start to finish, only if you pick here and there. I haven't eaten yet (not his fault) and just have my meds and a Rockstar in my stomach so I'm a little testy I apologize. I'll go grab a bite now, good luck on the bumper and post plenty of pics!!!

Thanks for your patience. ..i will attempt to post pics when installed....As usual you all do rock and I do go a bit on the over asking side so thanks for the admonition.

I am a bit distracted as I am having other major issues with the ex.

Headlights and wipers cut off on the interstate in driving rain last night on 5 separate occasions on our way home from Nashville.

Weird electrical things are happening.

Anyways thanks again for your patience.

Steve,

Before putting your Ranch Hand on, you may want to alleviate those pesky little safety issues first, just sayin'.

Where are you located, TN? If you're close to me I might be able to give you a hand with the wipers
