My truck also has these on it. (Where they optionsback in 63)?
The Drum is 8 lugs instead 5.
10 leaf springs in the back, 6 in the front
Factory heater
It has 4 tail lights instead of 2 . 2 right, 2left all are round tail lights. The extra tail lights are different then thefactory ones and look professionally installed.
Also does it having D.S.O # make it rare?

F250 had 8 lugs - F100 had 5 lugs

The upper two might be reflectors. Both of my 1966 4x4 trucks have the round taillights below the factory installed reflectors that are also round, but screwed to the surface rather than recessed like the taillights.

Here's a couple picture of one of my trucks to show what I'm talking about.

F260 just means F250 4x4 so nothing crazy there.

Just for fun here's a couple of shots with the reflector removed on both trucks and you can see the ROT number for each of them under the reflector. Yours may be different setup than 1966 but could be similar since it's the same bed.

Here's a shot from the 1964-1972 MPC showing the reflectors. I went back to the 1957-1963 MPC to see if I could figure out the part numbers for those lower lamps and don't see anything like it. 1961 and up calls out the same reflector and shows it in the same location as my truck. Hadn't seen anything like yours before.

Click to enlarge the picture. For some reason it did something different today.

The V-8 hood emblem was swapped in from the original lightning bolt and gears emblem. The V-8 was 1965-66 V-8 only. A nice touch, don't change it unless you want her totally stock, just an FYI. There's a bunch of posts with the same info, but here's a sample I picked out where ND gives the good info, just so you don't think I'm making stuff up. Lol...

i have had good luck with my truck the engine runs great only missing one chrome piece on the outside. the rust isn't to bad for being 50 years old all the lights work. the heater works better then my 95 jeeps. it was a steal for 1500.
