The elusive rear passenger glass

I was going to suggest the same thing.
I recently had the windshield replaced in my Fusion, and while I watched them install it, I watched some other guy spray something on flat plate glass, light it on fire, and then slowly bend it until it left a clean cut! It was amazing to watch!
But a glass shop should be able to cut one to fit for ya. Won't have any Ford logos or information on it though

Usually a local shop (in my area) cannot cut the modern flat glass. It's all the tempered (ice cube) type glass. They can cut the laminated safety glass, the glass that is two layers with plastic in the middle. That will usually work for the back glass, and all the older 50's and early 60's cars and trucks. I am not sure when they went to the tempered side glass.
But my local shop said they can order it.
