Driver's Side Sagging

I'm going to a different dealer today for a oil change. Just turned over 7000 miles. I'm going to ask them to fix it, if they don't I'm going to contact the same lawyer I did when I sued Ram on a class action lawsuit that Cost RAM a lot of money. I'm sure judging by the posters here this problem goes way back to 2009. I'll bet this attorney will jump on this.

Well today I went to Jim Burke Ford in Bakersfield to get an oil change. I can't believe the attitude I received by the service writer at the Quick Express oil counter. She seemed as though I was a bother to her from the first greeting. She ask me if I bought the truck there. When I told her No she gained even more of an attitude. Needless to say I won't be going back there. Oh, and I didn't spend my hard earned money there either. I called the purchasing dealer Future Ford of Clovis and made an appointment for next Saturday. It's going to be a 3 hour drive one way so I will see if I get better service. They said they would have one of their tech's there to look at the truck even though they are closed for service on Saturday. Can't ask for better service than that. I think there is a stigma from dealers that if you didn't buy it from us then they are not going to help you. I will keep you guys posted on the progress.

If not OEM spring based issue, what else would make the trucks sit like that? Everything else is "hard" mounted.

1/4 inch diff. on mine. Can't see it and therefore not concerned. There are more important things going on in my life. No offense meant to anyone that considers this a game changer. My old Chevy leaned like crazy. Never affected anything. Maybe I'm just to easy going on some things?
You only have a 1/4" difference so you think it's not a big deal. Would you think the same if yours leaned a full inch? VERY noticeable. At some point when I can find the time, mine will be going into get checked out. An inch difference is not acceptable.

That Chevy was way over an inch and I drove it for over 30 years. It was a truck and used as such. Don't get me wrong, I'm not condoning it but like I said I have more important things to get ulcers over.

Ford actually makes a shim for this very purpose. Had to have one installed on my 2005 for this very reason. It was installed on the rear axle. Was successful in getting it covered by warranty after a little haggling. Seems even though it was visibly noticeable, it wasnt "out of tolerance", in their words.
That is exactly what they said to me. It is within tolerance. You should not be able to see it with the naked eye in my opinion. I think it looks ridiculous.
