i had OEM 2011 RB on my 99 and 06 that fit fine so i would think you are good
i recently cut 1 inch off the brackets to raise them a little on the truck and they really look better and don't change function for me

There all pretty much interchangeable between the years. I always like the plain jane black ones, they block all the road debris coming up under the door seal area.

I hate my chrome tube factory steps all winter long they are useless unless you constantly clear them off the kids cant use them while iced over.
ive been looking at these.

The short answer is they should fit? Call ford and have them cross the PNs. I know the sheety factory boards on my 2011 were installed from 09-13 or even 14. Ive done some research and other year ranges do interchange. Mine are the flat chrome with the black inlaid plastic. My passenger side is pealing hard. So far Ive sliced myself 2x washing them, and I mean deep too. Thats through leather gloves! Should lawyer up just on that alone. Ford wants 500 each! With 36K these things were pealing. JUNK, 500 each really! And yes 2K out of warranty, Ford would not do anything for me. Im seriously considering these plastic units in the above link. I like the fact that all the road debris do not get kicked up under the doors. to get pinched between the seal and the rocker to pit the paint and cause yet another avenue for rust. The chrome units are so pretty but....
