Up for sale is my '76 cummins highboy. I have recently completed a 2 year frame off resto and engine swap. The entire frame and drive train was cleaned and rust painted, as well as the underside of the body.

engine is a 1989 12V cummins, 200000mi runs prefect, uses no oil.
all the gaskets where changed at the time of the swap, and the engine was painted ford blue.
the killer dowel pin has been fixed.
turbo is a brand new Holset H1C, same as stock except it is set to 25psi boost max.
It has a boost and pyro gauge, and a manual grid heat set up.

Transmission is a 2wd nv4500, which is from a 99 dodge. very low time on it, internals look brand new.
new heavy duty LUK clutch

t-case is stock divorced np205.

stock Dana 60 rear, Has recent brakes and new brake cables.
Stainless steel brake lines on the whole truck front to back.

front end is a 1979 High pinion dana 44hd, with the 1976 big hubs. all brand new balljoints, wheel bearings u-joints and brakes.

It has a 1978 f250 4x4 steering box, with new lines and a new drag link.

Suspension is a 2" skyjacker lift kit. with new rear springs, not blocks. new rancho shocks. rear spring hangers and shackles where replaced new from ATS spring.

in cab fuel tank has been replaced with a new 23 gallon bronco II tank (one of the few tanks that fits between the highboy frame)
with all new steel lines.

Body has been redone as well. Box is rust free from Arizona. cab has no rust, still original floor pans and cab mounts.

The paint is ford medium Bright blue metallic, i believe its a '70's mustang color. its single stage, some imperfections in the metallic but overall very nice.

interior is mostly new. the ranger xlt seat was rebuilt locally, new springs, foam and covering.
new plastic glove box, door panels, arm rests, rubber flooring, shift boots pedal pads and all door and window seals. including windshield and rear window.

the head liner and visors are original and in good shape.
dash pad is original but with a couple cracks in it.
truck also has a pioneer USB cd player, and 6.5" JBL speakers.

The truck has custom front and rear bumpers, (very era correct) front has a warn 8274 winch.
It also has a headache rack and a delta tool box in the back, (somewhat beat up). and a frame mount hitch, with camper bars

Tires are 315 75r16 (35's) Wild country A/Ts at 80%-90% tread. on new white steel rims


there are still a few few loose ends that i will keep working on, i have rear airbags to install, as well as front belly bar for a camper.
fuel gauge wiring needs a resistor to talk to the bronco sender (it reads full all the time)
and the rear main leaks a little bit, not bad but does leave a drop everywhere you park. It is on my to do list so it will probably be fixed at some point.

I have many build pictures and can answer any questions you have. I really don't want to sell, never planned too. but may be forced to for financial reasons. I have more into the Project than the Price.

sweet build
