I have heard many nicknames for the different year trucks ,monkey face 48-50 manure spreader 51-52 , how many names are there and for what years?

Here's a couple of the top of my head
57- 60 - Refrigerators, fridge's, or orphans
67-72 - bump sides

I was going to say the '53-'56s were "Effies" but after Bigwin's comment, I'm just going to say '53-'55s are "Effies".

If it hadn't been for the 48-42 Effies there wouldn't have been any 53 and up Effies

The original beer cans were light gauge ferric metal. Aluminum beer cans came later............Just like the trucks.

sorry, here, on the east coast we never heard of any above mentioned, except
one; the 38 39 lemon suckers, and the 48-50 were eee ouuu's the errie
sound they whistled around 35 40 mph (the sound caused maybe by the
grill or crank hole, shroud, fan I don't know, but mine does it.......
