Does anyone know if a set of golf clubs will fit behind the seat of a modern (to us) Super Cab? Blubs plus bag is about 48" but a few extra inches would be better. I assume it is a no go inside a regular cab as I need about a foot wide. I am 5' 10" but I like to drive with legs stretched out a bit.

If the stix won't fit back there, I was thinking of putting them in a toolbox. The inside width of the bed is 52". I hope the toolbox don't take up much space, but I never looked at one very closely. Anyone know?

I've had a ranger and son has one now. Every time we took it golfing we put the clubs in the bed.

I would think they would fit behind the seat of the xcab for sure.

 

I was going to just leave them in the truck all the time. I might go with a regular cab and a tool box, and keep the sticks in the tool box.

Is there a way to attach the tool box so it can be easily removed when I need the space in the bed? Like wing nuts or something like that?
